People and their relatives were involved in the planning of their care.

People were supported to have sufficient to eat and drink throughout the day. We observed a busy and lively lunch and people appeared to be enjoying the food. They said they were given a variety of meals and could choose them each day. They said they were able to ask for something different if they did not like what was on the menu that day.
